- Do I need my own field?
- You need reliable access to one — owning is not required. Most hosts use municipal pitches, indoor turf rentals, or private fields. List your usual spot as a field on your profile so regulars know where to find you.
- How do refunds and cancellations work?
- Players who leave 24+ hours before kickoff are automatically refunded (as platform credits). Late cancellations are not refunded by default, which protects your slot count.
- When and how do I get paid?
- Earnings accumulate in your host account as players pay. Payouts are processed via Stripe to your linked Canadian bank account.
- Can I host free games too?
- Yes. Free games are great for building a community before charging. You still get the chat, field profile, and player management tools.
- What cities is BallerField available in?
- We currently serve major Canadian cities including Montreal and Ottawa, and we expand based on host demand. If you can fill games in a new city, we want to hear from you.
